We don't use rule of thumb! We custom design every home using modern state of the art computer technology for the best, most accurate, most efficient heating and air conditioning system available today. You can always buy cheaper. But you can't buy better. The fact is cheaper systems, don't last as long, require more repair service, have less warranty, cost more to operate, are noisier, don't dehumidify as well (which means less comfort) deliver less cooling and heating and cost more to operate ...a new 13 seer unit not installed to our high standards can and in 90% of homes today is only producing 50% capacity and operating at a 6 seer efficiency. It really is a true statement... if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and you get what you pay for!!! Low first cost in never the same as the real ownership cost over the lifetime of the unit which is generally 8 to 12 years.

Most air conditioners don't breakdown Monday thru Friday from 8:00-5:00. Normally they breakdown after 5:00 and on the weekend or on a holiday when you are really not needing it to breakdown. That's why we have a 24 hour - 7 day a week service on call to be there when you need us. Where are the one man or two man companies during those times when you need them?? On vacation? Sick and in bed??? Out of town till Friday. How long do you want to wait when your system breaks before someone gets back with you???
